About
acta jurata
The name
Acta are the records. Jurata means sworn. A 10-K is a sworn record: the chief executive and the chief financial officer sign it under penalty of law, and the numbers in it are tagged, machine-readable and public. Everything else you hear about a company is commentary. This channel is about the record.
The mission
Acta Jurata turns SEC filings into short daily videos. Every number in every video is pulled from the company’s own XBRL filing on EDGAR and linked back to the document. We cover companies before the large channels notice them, using filing-activity analysis rather than headlines.
We never predict prices. We never give advice. We never hype. Those are not slogans; they are rules the pipeline enforces before a video can render.
Who it is for
People who want an edge and distrust anyone who promises one. If you have ever paused a video to ask “where is that number from?”, this channel answers before you ask.
How it is made
AI-assisted content. Scripts are drafted by software and every figure is machine-verified against the primary SEC filing before publication.
The full pipeline, what it checks and what it refuses to do is on the Method page. Sponsorship rules are on the Sponsors page. The legal position is on the Disclaimer page.
The Daily Brief
One filing that matters, every morning. Every number linked to the document.
